Paryol BioTemproil is a quenching oil with low environmental impact, designed to replace mineral oil. It represents the future of quenching oil, because it’s obtained from vegetable raw materials and is It’s fully biodegradable. It has a very high flash point (> 290°C), that is safe for the quenching process.

It is well known that, after some quenching cycle, the mineral oil develops pollutants and dangerous substances (PAHs) that can cause environmental and health problems.¹

PAHs are highly hazardous molecules, present in mineral oils that have undergone thermal shocks. They belong to Categories 1 and 2 of IARC classification: Known and Probable Carcinogenic for Humans.

Paryol BioTemproil isn’t classified as hazardous and does not develop carcinogenic products, unlike mineral oils, because it is a natural product, originally devoids of PAHs (Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons).

Paryol BioTemproil is higly stable over time, guaranteed by the use of our Patented System, that removes the volatile compounds and water from the oil, in order to always ensure an optimal high flash point and the final quality of the workpieces.

Paryol BioTemproil is sustainable: at the moment of its disposal, it becomes a special urban waste (like edible oils and fats) reconvertible into energy through the conversion into biodiesel.
