Butters
Butters are lipids with melting points not higher than 50°C, solid at room temperature. Few butters occurr in nature, involving different oils and fats. A&A Fratelli Parodi is committed to preparing exotic butter blends, suitable for skin care formulations, with taylor-made lubricity and emolliency, resulting in superior skin feeling. As an emerging successful application, our butters can be employed to realize massage-oil candles. Waxes
Waxes are esters of long-chain fatty acids and long-chain alcohols with melting points higher than 50°C, naturally occurring as protective coating on plant leaves, fruits and stems. A&A Fratelli Parodi produce special blends and custom waxes, designed and formulated to fulfill customer needs for cosmetic applications. Vegetable Oils
A&A Fratelli Parodi Spa is able to process speciality oil seeds. Low-temperature expeller-pressed crude oils are refined by means of bleaching, decolouring, deodorizing and winterizing.Higly stable oils, low in acid and peroxide valus, are finally packaged under inert nitrogen atmosphere. From a well established tradition in vegetable oils extraction and refining, dated back 1955, A&A Fratelli Parodi has become todays industrial reality diversifying its production to gain its present structure.


Thanks to implementation of new technologies and innovative thinking, together with investments in new facilities, the Company can now supply a wide range of products for cosmetic, pharmaceutical, lubricant, textile-leather, plastic and coating applications.


The synthesis of bases with high flash point, total biodegradability and very low pour point to replace petrol derivatives is one of products most appreciated by national and foreign customers.


In addition, several esters highly treated and refined, are offered for applications within cosmetic, plastic and coating  industry.
